DirectAdmin and CustomBuild, without losing the license or the vhosts.
Many client accounts on one server. CustomBuild, name servers, per-user limits, and the NGINX template CustomBuild will overwrite if it is edited in the wrong file.
The license, the template, the users
The license is yours, bought from DirectAdmin. We install on a clean AlmaLinux, Rocky or Debian and do not resell the key. A dedicated install is quoted after the account count.
PHP version, NGINX or Apache, Exim. A hand edit in the generated vhost disappears at the next rewrite. We change the template, then rebuild one user before all of them.
A reseller at the quota, a domain that will not resolve because the nameserver IP changed, mail queued after a PHP handoff. The panel count and the disk rarely match. We use the disk.
DirectAdmin to DirectAdmin is a transfer. Anything else is a rebuild.
User backup and restore between two DirectAdmin servers is the clean path. Onto Hestia, or off cPanel, accounts do not arrive intact. That is quoted from the user and mailbox count.
€55 an hour for a broken user. A new server is quoted.
Minimum 1 hour. Emergency if client sites are down is €95, subject to availability. Watching the server afterwards starts at €79/month and is optional. The DirectAdmin license is not in that price.
CustomBuild overwrote a vhost, or a reseller is full?
Tell us the DirectAdmin version and the OS. No admin password in the first message.
