Your name on the relationship. Our Linux expertise behind it.
DirektSupport can work entirely behind the scenes — your customers see your agency, not us.
Visible to you. Invisible to your customer, by default.
Their agency. A problem reported, a problem solved. No unfamiliar company name, no separate invoice, no direct technical contact unless you decide otherwise.
Your agency relays the technical problem to DirektSupport. We investigate, fix, and report back to you — you communicate the outcome in your own words, on your own terms.
You stay in the middle, unless you choose not to
If direct technical communication with the end customer would genuinely help — a live incident, a technical handoff — it’s only ever used when explicitly agreed with you first, never by default.
The commercial relationship never moves
Customer infrastructure, hosting architecture, commercial terms, credentials and unpublished projects encountered during the work are treated as confidential. A separate NDA can be used where you need one.
Access gained through a white-label engagement is never used to market DirektSupport directly to your customers. We’re there to support your delivery, not to compete for your account.
Practical mechanics, kept simple
Your agency decides exactly what access is granted and for how long — nothing is assumed.
Any of the technical work your agency wants to offer under its own name
Independent Linux expertise since 2004. For a white-label relationship, the model is simple:
Your brand stays in front. Our Linux expertise stays behind it.
