The useful request is short
Sites, WordPress or not, mailboxes, and whether a database is already too big for the current disk.
The provider and the size in the cart, or the server you already have and why it is awkward.
VPS or dedicated, panel or no panel, mail on the same box, or whether a move is worth it.
Do not send passwords or private keys. Consulting does not need root until you separately ask for an audit.
A recommendation, not a setup
Provider, size, stack, and what not to buy. Implementation is a separate quote if you want it. You can take the notes elsewhere. A new VPS setup, if it follows, starts at €149. A dedicated install is quoted.
