Linux server migration with a planned cutover, not a copy and a hope.
We move websites, WordPress, databases, email and control panels between VPS and dedicated servers. The new machine can stay at your current provider or go to Hetzner, OVHcloud, Netcup, Contabo, IONOS, Scaleway, DigitalOcean or Vultr.

The site is the easy part. Mail and DNS are where migrations fail.
A file copy does not move mailboxes, cron jobs, PHP versions, custom NGINX rules or the PTR record the new IP needs. We inventory the old server first, build the new one in parallel, then cut DNS when the copy has been checked.
Parallel build, then a short DNS cut
Sites, databases, mailboxes, PHP version, cron, panel, disk size and what must not move. We quote from this, not from a guess.
New VPS or dedicated, stack installed, data synced, SSL issued, mail tested on the new IP before any public DNS change.
Lower TTL ahead of time, final sync, DNS switch, then checks on web, database and the mail queue. The old server stays up until the new one is confirmed.
VPS to VPS, VPS to dedicated, panel to panel
HestiaCP, DirectAdmin or cPanel onto a clean server. Accounts and mailboxes come across. Custom NGINX and PHP pools are rebuilt, not assumed.
VestaCP onto HestiaCP, cPanel onto DirectAdmin, or a single WordPress site onto a plain NGINX stack. This is a rebuild, so the quote reflects the accounts, not a one-click import.
We do not promise zero downtime
A site with no mail often switches in minutes once DNS has a low TTL. The old copy stays available for rollback.
Mailbox sync and reputation on a new IP are the slow part. We set SPF, DKIM, DMARC and ask the provider for the PTR before the cut, not after mail fails.
A migration is quoted. It is not an hourly surprise.
Scope varies with disk size, mailbox count and whether the panel changes. After the inventory we send a fixed quote where the scope is clear. Discovery on a server we cannot yet see is billed at €55/hour. After the move, the new server can stay on a monthly plan or go back to you.
The move does not lock you to us or to the new provider. You keep both accounts. We need temporary access on the source and the destination, and you revoke it when the old server is decommissioned.

Planning a server move?
Tell us the current provider, the panel and whether mail has to move. We reply with the approach and a quote before any copy starts.
