A white screen is rarely “WordPress is broken”
It is a PHP fatal after an update, a database the disk filled, an opcache holding an old file, or a plugin calling a removed function. We read the log, the PHP-FPM pool and the database before touching the theme.
Incidents, cleanup, speed, moves
Debug log, PHP version mismatch, a plugin fatal, permissions, a full disk, or the database not accepting connections. Standard rate €55/hour, minimum 1 hour.
Unknown admins, injected files, a pharma redirect, a cron you did not add. Cleanup starts at €149. If the OS itself was taken, the honest fix is a rebuild.
Object cache, PHP workers, a heavy query, or a move onto a VPS you control. Migrations are quoted. We do not sell a caching plugin as the fix.
Server side is in. Design work is not.
A broken checkout caused by PHP or the database is in scope. A checkout redesigned in Elementor is not.
The site can stay on your server
We do not move WordPress onto our hosting. It stays at Hetzner, OVHcloud, Netcup or whoever you already pay. If you want it watched afterwards, the VPS plan starts at €79/month and includes updates and a backup check. One-time work does not require that plan.
For a one-time job we want a temporary admin and SSH, removed when the site is back. Do not send the password in the first message.
