Questions we answer before any work starts.
Who owns the server, what a monthly plan includes, and what we will not promise.
Do I have to move the server to you?
No. The VPS or dedicated server stays in your provider account, at Hetzner, OVHcloud, Netcup, Contabo, IONOS, Scaleway, DigitalOcean, Vultr or another. We administer it. You keep the invoices and you can revoke access when the job ends.
What does support cost?
Standard work is €55/hour, minimum 1 hour, then 30-minute steps. Priority is €75, emergency €95, out of hours €125, all subject to availability. Monthly management is €79, €149 or €249 per server, with 1, 2 or 4 hours included. Hours do not roll over. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. There is no long-term contract.
Is support 24/7?
No. Emergency cover is best effort unless a plan says otherwise. Out-of-hours work is €125/hour and depends on someone being available. A monthly plan does not create a night shift. If the incident can wait for business hours, it is billed as standard or priority, not as an emergency.
How do you log in?
Do not send passwords or private keys in the first message. For a one-time job we ask for a temporary SSH key or a panel user, and you remove it when the work is confirmed. A WordPress fault does not automatically need root. Details are on the access policy.
Do you build the website?
No. We handle Linux, the web stack, the database, mail, DNS, SSL, backups and the server side of WordPress. Theme design, new plugin features and page content are out of scope. A checkout that fails because PHP or MariaDB failed is in scope. A checkout redesigned in a page builder is not.
Which panels and mail servers?
HestiaCP, DirectAdmin, cPanel and WHM. An existing VestaCP can be repaired. We do not install a new one. Mail is Exim, Postfix and Dovecot, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC and the PTR request to your provider. Cloudflare is configured in your account. We do not resell it.
Where is the company?
DirektSupport is operated from the European Union, by a company established in 2004. Work is remote. The server does not have to be in Romania, and the invoice is issued by the company named on the quote,
