Independent technical support for VPS, dedicated servers and production Linux infrastructure.
Professional Linux server support for businesses, web agencies and website owners who need experienced technical assistance without changing hosting providers.
Whether your server is hosted with Hetzner, OVHcloud, Netcup, Contabo, IONOS, Scaleway, DigitalOcean, Vultr or another provider, your infrastructure stays where it is and remains under your control.
Your server. Your provider. Our Linux expertise.
From a single fix to full-time peace of mind
Server support covers the technical work required to keep a Linux server operating correctly — from a single configuration change to investigating a production outage or maintaining the server on an ongoing basis. You may need it when:
- your hosting provider supplies the infrastructure but not system administration
- you’ve purchased an unmanaged VPS or dedicated server
- your developer needs help with the underlying Linux environment
- a website or service has become unavailable
- the server is slow or consuming excessive resources
- email delivery has stopped working
- a software update has caused problems
- you need to migrate to another server or provider
- you want someone to review the server before problems occur
You do not need an ongoing management contract to request assistance.
One-time help, or the full administration layer
Manage your own infrastructure but need help with a specific problem? No subscription required.
Flexibility and control come with responsibility for the OS and applications. We can help with an existing VPS or review a newly purchased one.
For businesses needing more storage, memory or CPU than a typical VPS provides. The server stays in your provider account — we add the administration layer.
Bought unmanaged infrastructure? We turn it into a properly configured production environment.
The visible symptom isn’t always the real problem
A website outage may be caused by NGINX, Apache, PHP-FPM, MySQL, MariaDB, DNS, SSL, storage, memory exhaustion, firewall rules, networking or a security incident. A slow server may be caused by an inefficient database query, too many PHP workers, disk I/O, malware, excessive traffic — or simply incorrect configuration.
Our approach is to investigate the environment as a whole rather than immediately changing one component.
Whenever possible, we identify both what failed — and why it failed.
A production server becoming unavailable can affect websites, email, databases and business operations at once.
Critical incidents are handled under Emergency Support, subject to availability.
Adding CPU or RAM isn’t always the right fix. We investigate the existing environment first.
If the existing server can be optimised, that’s often more effective than migrating to larger infrastructure.
