The account, the PHP version, the transfer
cPanel to cPanel is the clean move. Live transfers copy mail and databases. We lower TTL first and keep the source online until a test account receives mail on the new IP.
A site broken after a PHP bump is an EasyApache or MultiPHP choice, not a theme bug. We put that account back on the version it ran, then plan the real upgrade.
Exim queue in WHM, an account over quota, a hostname that does not match the PTR. The license IP and the sending IP need to be the same machine.
Bought from cPanel, bound to the IP you control
A new dedicated server needs the license updated to the new IP before WHM will run. That change is yours, in the cPanel store. We install and transfer after it is active. AlmaLinux is the usual OS under a current WHM. CentOS 7 is not a target for a new install.
€55 an hour for one account. A server transfer is quoted.
Minimum 1 hour. The quote follows the account count and whether mail moves. The cPanel license is not in the price. Ongoing administration starts at €79/month and is optional.
