HestiaCP install, a broken vhost, or a move off Vesta.
NGINX or Apache, PHP-FPM, Exim and the DNS zone Hestia thinks it wrote. The VPS stays at your provider. We do not sell a Hestia license, because there is not one.
The panel is up. The site or the mail is not.
Clean Ubuntu or Debian, hostname and DNS set before the installer, then SSH, firewall and a backup job. A new VPS setup that includes Hestia starts at €149.
A manual NGINX edit, a PHP version Hestia did not compile, or a certificate that will not issue. We reconcile the template with the file on disk.
Vesta is unmaintained. Accounts do not import cleanly. The move is quoted from the user and mailbox count, not sold as a one-click.
Exim and Dovecot, plus the DNS Hestia did not publish
DKIM is generated in the panel and still has to exist at the DNS host. If Cloudflare proxies the MX, mail breaks. We check the record, not only the green icon in Hestia.
A repair is €55 an hour. Ongoing is the VPS plan.
Minimum 1 hour, then 30-minute steps. Emergency if the sites are down is €95, subject to availability. Watching the server afterwards starts at €79/month and is optional.
Hestia install, or a site it will not rebuild?
Tell us the provider and the Hestia version. No admin password in the first message.
