Mail accepted by the server, and still landing in spam.
Alignment, the IP’s history, and the volume. We fix what is on the server and in DNS. We do not promise the inbox. Gmail decides that.
A pass on paper, then the thing the bounce does not say
SPF and DKIM pass, and the From domain matches. A pass on a different domain than the one in the header still fails DMARC. PTR matches the name the server uses in HELO.
A new VPS has no reputation. A listed one has a bad one. Volume from a single IP, to people who did not ask, is not a DNS fix.
The site, a newsletter tool, and the mailbox, from three places. SPF has to name all of them or the one you forgot fails. We do not add ~all and call it done.
We do not sell inbox placement
A transactional receipt from a clean IP is a server job. A cold list is not. If the mail is rejected, that is the queue and the list. If it is delivered and filed as spam, the records can be right and the content still loses.
€55 an hour for one domain. A sending platform is quoted.
Minimum 1 hour. We need a recent bounce or a header, not the mailbox password. Waiting for Gmail to change its mind is not billed.
Delivered, and still in spam?
Send the domain and one full header or bounce. No mailbox password in the first message.
