dnf, firewalld, SELinux, and the panel that chose this OS. AlmaLinux 8 and 9. A CentOS 7 box is recovered onto one of those, not patched in place.
The panel wanted a RHEL clone
Current WHM installs onto AlmaLinux. DirectAdmin CustomBuild supports it. HestiaCP does not. A Hestia server should be Debian or Ubuntu, not this.
A port opened in the panel and still closed in firewalld. SELinux denying a path the panel expects. We check the denial before turning SELinux off.
AlmaLinux 9 for a new install. AlmaLinux 8 is still repaired. An in-place leap is a planned job, after a snapshot, and only if the panel supports the target.
End of life. We can still get the data off it.
A CentOS 7 server that boots can be copied onto AlmaLinux 9. We do not sell updates for an OS that no longer receives them. Rocky Linux is the other clone. If the server is already Rocky, it stays Rocky.

Minimum 1 hour for a firewalld or SELinux fault. A cPanel or DirectAdmin install on a dedicated server is quoted after the account count. The panel license is not included.
