We install, harden and run a dedicated Linux server at Hetzner, OVHcloud, Netcup, Contabo or IONOS. You keep the provider account and the invoices. We handle the operating system, the sites, the mail and the backups.

The CPU, RAM and disks are yours. The Linux work is ours.
A dedicated server is the right box when a VPS is noisy, the database no longer fits, or you host many client sites and mailboxes on one machine. The provider replaces failed disks and answers for the network. Everything above the hardware — packages, RAID assembly from the OS side, web stack, mail, firewall — is unmanaged unless someone administers it.
We do not resell the server and we do not ask you to move the contract.
From the first boot to the monthly check
OS install or a clean image, hostname, SSH keys, firewall, unattended security updates, fail2ban, and a panel only if the workload needs one.
NGINX or Apache, PHP-FPM, MariaDB, Redis, several vhosts, a mail stack with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and DNS records that match the new IP.
RAID status, smart warnings passed to the provider, filesystem checks, and boot recovery through the provider rescue system when SSH is gone.
A single WordPress site rarely needs one
One or two sites, modest mail, no large database. A managed VPS is cheaper and faster to replace. We will say so before you order hardware.
CPU steal on the VPS, disk I/O at the limit, many client accounts, or a database that wants its own RAM. Dedicated is justified when the workload is, not because the name sounds safer.
Same monthly plans, one server each
Hours reset each month and do not roll over. Extra work is billed at the plan rate. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. No long-term contract.
Monitoring, a monthly health check, security updates, backup status and email support. Includes 1 hour. Extra time at €55/hour.
OS maintenance, service checks, RAID and disk review, configuration help, priority email and phone. Includes 2 hours. Extra time at €50/hour.
Proactive performance, security and backup review, plus migration planning off or onto dedicated hardware. Includes 4 hours. Extra time at €45/hour.
A new dedicated server is a quoted job, not a €149 template
A VPS setup starts at €149 because the image is simple. A dedicated install adds RAID, partitioning, a mail stack and often a panel with many accounts. We quote it after the provider, the disks and the workload are known. One-time help on a server you already run is €55/hour, minimum 1 hour.
We do not replace the disk. The provider does.
If the machine will not boot, we use the provider rescue system and, when the fault is hardware, we open the provider ticket with the evidence attached.
More than 22 years on production servers. A dedicated machine is still your provider’s asset. Administration, and the offsite copy of the data, should not be locked to that one box.
