SSH from here. The server stays where you put it.
No office visit, no KVM shipped, no transfer of the provider account. Work is done over SSH, the provider console, or rescue mode when SSH is gone.
A temporary key, removed when the job ends
Do not send the root password in the first message. For a one-time fix we ask for a user and a key, or a panel account limited to the task. A WordPress error does not automatically need root. You revoke access when the service is confirmed back.
Anything that has a shell or a console
Updates, a broken vhost, mail, SSL, a slow PHP pool. Hetzner, OVHcloud, Netcup, Contabo and the others, as long as SSH answers.
Provider rescue or the web console. We mount the disk, free space or fix boot, then return to SSH. No one needs to be in the rack.
A box with no SSH, no console and no rescue. That is a provider problem first. We cannot plug in a keyboard from here.
Same rates as any other job. Remote is the default, not an extra.
€55/hour standard, €75 priority, €95 emergency, €125 out of hours if someone is available. There is no on-site fee, because there is no on-site visit. A monthly plan, if you want the server watched, starts at €79.
