The stack we administer. Not a list of everything with a logo.
Linux servers, the web stack, mail, panels and the providers we already work on. If it is not here, ask before assuming it is covered.
Distributions we install and keep updated
CentOS 7 is end of life. We can still recover a box that runs it. A new install should be AlmaLinux, Rocky or Debian. We do not take Windows servers.
What sits under the site
NGINX, Apache, PHP-FPM, reverse proxy, HTTP/2, Let’s Encrypt. WordPress on that stack, including WooCommerce load. Not theme development.
MySQL and MariaDB, dumps, restores, slow queries. Redis and Memcached as object cache. Varnish only where the site can actually be cached.
Exim, Postfix, Dovecot, queues, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and the PTR request to the provider. Outlook client setup is not the job.
Installed, repaired, or migrated off
A server with no panel is normal for one application. We will not add one unless the account count needs it.
Where the machine can already be
Another provider is fine if it gives SSH and a rescue console. We do not require a transfer. Cloudflare is configured in your account, in front of whichever of these you use.
Ask before sending access
Kubernetes, Windows, managed database products we cannot SSH into, and application code are outside the usual job. A one-off look is still possible at €55/hour if the failure is the Linux under them. We will say no before the hour if it is not.
Running something on this list?
Tell us the distribution, the panel and the provider. We reply with the approach before any work starts.
