White-Label & Web Agency Support

Linux server and hosting infrastructure support for web agencies, behind the scenes.

For agencies, developers, designers and digital teams that manage client websites but don’t want to maintain a full-time Linux administrator internally.

You remain the primary relationship with your customer.

Technical Support Behind Your Agency

When infrastructure moves outside normal scope

Great at development, WordPress, design, SEO, e-commerce and client management — but a customer can suddenly report something that isn’t a website problem anymore:

website downserver overloadedMySQL unavailable email not workingdisk fullSSL problem failed migrationhacked WordPresscompromised server

Instead of hiring for occasional infrastructure problems, use DirektSupport when specialist Linux help is actually needed.

Your Customer Relationship Remains Yours

We work primarily with you, not your customer

Our role is technical. You keep customer communication, project management, billing, and the commercial relationship — we handle the agreed technical work behind the scenes.

Your Agency Your Hosting Service DirektSupport Linux Administration

If your agency already provides hosting, we don’t need to replace that — we help you operate the infrastructure you already use. Servers, provider accounts and customer relationships stay yours.

Core Infrastructure Support

Linux, control panels & the stack underneath

Linux Server Support

Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, legacy CentOS. Service troubleshooting, OS maintenance, firewall, SSH, software installation, recovery, security — as-needed or ongoing.

Hosting Control Panel Support

HestiaCP, DirectAdmin, cPanel & WHM, VestaCP — plus the Linux services underneath: NGINX, Apache, PHP-FPM, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, Exim, Dovecot, DNS, SSL.

WordPress & WooCommerce Infrastructure

A specialist your developers can escalate to

When a WordPress problem can’t be solved from wp-admin — 500/502/504 errors, database failures, PHP problems, server high load, Redis config, filesystem permissions, SSL, malware, server-side performance. WooCommerce adds memory, CPU, disk I/O and cron demands on top.

Migrations

Website moves, or the whole hosting environment

Website Migration

Multiple sites, large WordPress installs, databases, email, DNS, SSL, hosting accounts — server-to-server, provider migrations, control panel migrations, DNS cutover, post-migration troubleshooting.

Hosting Server Migration

Outgrown current infrastructure? VPS to larger VPS or dedicated, old server to new, HestiaCP/DirectAdmin/cPanel migration, provider-to-provider — we can also help evaluate the replacement before you buy it.

For larger migrations, we review the source infrastructure and agree the work before it begins.

Emergency Support for Agency Clients

A customer outage doesn’t have to become your outage

You stay the communication point with your customer while we investigate. Subject to administrator availability.

Also Covered

Performance, email, DNS, backups & security

Performance

CPU, RAM, swap, I/O, PHP-FPM, MySQL, Redis, traffic, bots — configuration vs application vs genuinely more infrastructure.

Email

Exim, Postfix, Dovecot, SMTP, IMAP, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, PTR, mail queues — the mail server and the DNS around it.

DNS & Cloudflare

Nameservers, A/AAAA/MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC, Cloudflare proxy and SSL — coordinated carefully during migrations.

Backup & Recovery

Server, website, database, remote and offsite backups, retention, restoration — plus a review of whether your existing strategy is actually adequate.

Server Security

Firewall review, SSH security, Fail2Ban, security updates, exposed services, malware investigation, compromised account investigation, hardening. If one client site is compromised, we help determine whether it’s limited to that site or affects the wider server.

WordPress Malware & Compromise

Malicious redirects, spam pages, infected PHP, unknown admin accounts, security warnings — we investigate WordPress and the Linux server together. If it extends beyond one install, it becomes a broader infrastructure security incident.

New Server Setup

Preparing infrastructure for a new group of client sites

Linux installation review, SSH, firewall, HestiaCP or DirectAdmin, NGINX/Apache, PHP, MariaDB, Redis, email, DNS, SSL, backups — built around your agency’s actual requirements, not an unnecessarily complex generic config.

Infrastructure Consulting

Not every agency needs its own servers — but some do

  • Shared hosting or VPS?
  • VPS or dedicated server?
  • Which hosting provider?
  • How much RAM, how much storage?
  • HestiaCP or DirectAdmin?
  • Where should backups be stored?
  • Should email stay on the same server?
  • When should workloads be separated?

Independent from any hosting provider — the recommendation never depends on selling you a particular server.

Providers & Multi-Provider Setups

One provider, or several — not a problem

Useful when client servers were acquired over time, projects have different requirements, infrastructure is being consolidated, or one provider is being replaced gradually. No need to move everything to a single vendor before we can help.

Working Relationship

Confidentiality, and no customer poaching

Confidentiality

Customer infrastructure, hosting architecture, commercial relationships, credentials and unpublished projects encountered during the engagement are treated as confidential. A separate NDA or customer-specific agreement can also be used where required.

No Customer Poaching

The purpose of a white-label engagement is to support your technical delivery — not to replace you. We don’t use access gained through an agency engagement to market DirektSupport directly to your customers. Any direct customer communication and its boundaries are agreed with you in advance.

Direct Client Communication

Some agencies keep all communication internal. Others prefer DirektSupport involved directly in a technical discussion with the customer — both are possible, and direct communication is only used when explicitly agreed.

Access Remains Under Your Control

Your agency decides what’s provided — SSH, control panel, WordPress, DNS, Cloudflare, provider account. Temporary and revocable access is preferred; for one-time work, access can be removed once it’s done.

Support for Agencies Across Europe

DirektSupport is an EU-based independent Linux administration service. We work remotely with web agencies, WordPress developers, designers, freelancers, marketing agencies, hosting businesses and software teams across Europe — infrastructure work is handled through written technical communication and secure administrative access.

22 Years of Hosting & Linux Experience

Established and continuously operational since 2004, combining Linux administration with practical web hosting, WordPress, databases, email, DNS, backups and production infrastructure. For a web agency, the value is straightforward:

You keep the client relationship and the web project — we provide the Linux expertise when the infrastructure becomes the problem.
