WHM version close enough to transfer, license active on the destination IP, TTL lowered, disk free on the target. A full source disk is fixed first.
Live transfer for accounts that can stay online. A package restore if the source is already dying. One account is tested, including webmail, before the rest are cut.
DNS to the new IP, PTR requested from the provider, SPF updated if it named the old address. The source stays up until mail arrives on a test account.
Onto DirectAdmin or Hestia is not a transfer
Mailboxes, databases and files can move. Feature lists, forwarders and PHP handlers do not arrive intact. That job is quoted from the account count, and we say so before anyone cancels the cPanel license.

A handful of accounts is a small quote. A reseller with mail history is not. The cPanel license for the new IP is your invoice, not ours. We do not promise zero downtime on mailbox sync.
