Professional Linux administration for HestiaCP, DirectAdmin, cPanel & WHM and VestaCP servers.
Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, migrations, web and email services, databases, backups, security and performance — plus the Linux services running underneath the panel, not just the interface itself.
Your server. Your provider. Our Linux expertise.
The panel is one layer of the server, not the whole thing
Behind the interface: Linux, NGINX, Apache, PHP-FPM, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, Exim, Dovecot, DNS, SSL, firewall, backups. When a panel shows an error, the actual cause is often somewhere deeper in that stack — we support both levels.
HestiaCP, DirectAdmin, cPanel & WHM, VestaCP
Installations, configuration, PHP versions, NGINX/Apache, MariaDB, Redis, Exim/Dovecot, DNS, SSL, backups, updates, migrations.
Installation, server prep, CustomBuild, web/mail/DB stack, security, migrations — individual accounts or the entire server.
Installation, WHM configuration, Apache, PHP, databases, Exim, DNS, SSL, firewall, migrations — we check the Linux services behind WHM, not just what it reports.
Troubleshooting for existing installs. For older environments, we can help evaluate staying vs migrating to a more actively maintained panel.
New VPS or dedicated server?
We prepare the server and install the right panel: hostname/DNS, OS updates, panel install, PHP configuration, database services, email, SSL, firewall, backups. We help choose between HestiaCP, DirectAdmin and cPanel based on site count, email needs, licensing and how the server will actually be used.
Where the panel shows the symptom, not the cause
Hosting, email, databases & PHP
NGINX, Apache, PHP-FPM, SSL, DNS, MySQL/MariaDB, WordPress, permissions — one account or every account on the server.
Exim, Dovecot, SMTP, IMAP, SSL, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, reverse DNS, mail queues — mailbox-level or server-wide.
Service failures, configuration, high CPU, memory, connections, backup, recovery, migration.
Version changes, pool configuration, memory limits, extensions, compatibility — especially after a WordPress site breaks post-upgrade.
Let’s Encrypt, failed renewals, incorrect DNS, hostname mismatches, mail service SSL. If the panel also manages DNS: nameservers, A/AAAA/MX records, SPF/DKIM/DMARC — handled carefully when websites and email share the same domain config.
Configuration, schedules, retention, remote and offsite backups, failed jobs, restoration. We generally recommend against relying on a single local backup copy.
Same panel, or switching entirely
HestiaCP→HestiaCP, DirectAdmin→DirectAdmin, cPanel→cPanel, VestaCP to something newer, old VPS to new VPS, dedicated or provider-to-provider — websites, databases, email, DNS, SSL, accounts and configuration. Larger migrations get a source-environment review first.
VestaCP to HestiaCP, cPanel to DirectAdmin, or an older environment to a clean new server. More complex than moving files — websites, databases, email, DNS and account structure all need planning.
Panel access, SSH, firewall rules, Fail2Ban, OS updates, exposed ports, admin accounts, SSL, unnecessary services — reducing exposure while keeping legitimate administration practical.
One compromised account can affect others on the same server. We investigate hacked WordPress sites, malicious PHP, suspicious users, cron jobs and outgoing spam — if the OS itself can’t be trusted, rebuilding may be safer than superficial cleanup.
One account, or the whole server?
A busy website, PHP-FPM, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, email activity, backup jobs, bots, disk I/O, or genuinely insufficient resources. We determine whether it’s the panel environment, one specific account, or the underlying infrastructure.
Behind the scenes, while you keep the client relationship
Server administration, hosting problems, migrations, email, DNS, backups, performance and security — the agency stays the primary contact, we handle the Linux infrastructure when needed.
One-time or ongoing, standard or urgent
Standard — troubleshooting, config, updates, hosting, email, DNS, SSL, databases, backups.
Priority — priority handling during business hours, subject to availability.
Emergency — all sites down, email/DB unavailable, server inaccessible, major panel failure.
Out-of-Hours Emergency — evenings, weekends, holidays.
Priority and emergency work subject to administrator availability. Full pricing →
Monitoring, Linux maintenance, security updates, backup checks, configuration assistance, performance checks, priority support — useful for agencies and businesses running their own hosting server without a full-time Linux administrator.
Depends on number of websites, email requirements, customer accounts, licensing budget, server resources and migration needs. We recommend what fits the environment, not automatically the most expensive option.
More than 22 years of practical experience with Linux servers, web hosting, control panels, websites, databases, email, DNS, backups and production infrastructure. A control panel makes administration easier, but it doesn’t replace the Linux services underneath it.
